Lubaan - Frequently Asked Questions

Domestic:

We charge a standard fee of £3.99 for shipping (No tracking) and orders over £40 receive free shipping.

If you want tracking with your shipping, we charge £4.99 and orders over £45 receive free shipping.

International:

We charge a standard fee of £14.00 for shipping and orders over £80 receive free shipping.

You just have to:

1. Select the product and the quantity you want and add it to the shopping bag;
2. Confirm and proceed to Checkout
3. Fill a simple form with Billing Address and/or Shipping Address; choose the payment method (PayPal, Credit Card or Debit Card), and place the order.

1. At the Checkout page, we will email you the approximated shipping time.
2. Please keep in mind that delivery time should be used as a guide only and that it is counted from the moment of dispatch. Lubaan cannot take responsibility for delays caused by customs clearance, lack of documentation, issues independent of us. 

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirming your order details. 

You can, obviously, cancel your order, for any reason, up to the moment your order has been processed and shipped. After that, you cannot cancel your order.

After the payment is confirmed, we make an effort to post the items on the same or the next business day. If the product is not available now, we allow 3 business days for shipping the product.
